We have decided to retire the capacity to train new questions, so it no longer possible to create a new "Question" for Smartbnb to detect.
After running this feature for more than year, we have reassessed based on our experience:
This feature was being used in cases that were not a great fit to leverage artificial intelligence.
Training a new question requires a specific user training session to ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
Training a new question requires a large number of examples to reach a high accuracy, and therefore a time commitment that most of our users can not do independently.
All questions that were trained by users that leveraged that feature are maintained, and there are no plans to remove them in the future.
We have however addressed the most frequent questions that were trained manually and provided more questions since, that are managed by our team and offer a higher success.
