Sync is our channel management product, which will synchronize bookings, alterations and cancellations across platforms, within 30 seconds with a 2-way API integration. This is much faster, and more reliable, than your booking channel iCal feed.
By default, sync will be enabled for you. When enabled, we will automatically turn on reservation sync, allowing us to synchronize bookings, alterations and cancellations across your platforms with an associated listing for that property. Learn more about additional sync features like pricing sync.
You can deactivate sync:
Go to the Properties tab.
Click on the selected property.
Below the listings, toggle next to the Sync feature to de-activate it
You need to have at least two listings under the property to activate Sync. It however does not matter if they are on the same or different booking channels!
