If your guests are visiting you from some distant places, their arrival time may be dependent on different factors such as flight delays and cancellations. To help you keep track of it, we implemented an integration with FlightAware. It is enabled by default.
How does it work?
Our FlightAware integration allows you to track the flights of your guests. You can ask your guests to provide the flight number. Once we detect it in one of their messages, you will start receiving flight updates via email.
Who gets notified?
The emails are sent to the primary account holder and all Check-in and Concierge teammates assigned to the property.
How to enable or disable it?
Go to Apps.
Under Integrations, click on FlightAware.
Use the toggle next to Enable automatic flight tracking to enable/disable this feature.
