After completing your Booking.com setup, you will be using our Calendar to manage availability and prices for your Booking.com listings.

We will import your existing rates and not change them once you connect your Booking.com property.

From the Hospitable calendar, you will be able to set a single guest price for all listings across your channels for that property including Booking.com. Once set, we will then push that base price plus any markup rates for that associated listing or channel) to your connected channels.

We will also calculate a rate for multiple guests (ie, more than 1 guest) for Booking.com, that takes into account the multiple guest pricing setting that is defined on your Hospitable property.

In addition to rates day by day, you will be able to define the minimum number of nights for a stay starting at that date. Note: Minimum night stay settings will only affect Booking.com listings.
