Unlike hotels, we do not have a 24/7 hotel reception. Some of us are there during the check-in with our guests, but, the agreed check-in time can be hugely affected by travel delays. Even if you don't see your guests, you probably want to make sure your guests will make it to your place!

To make all your check-ins a little bit easier, we automatically monitor the status of your guests' flights when given.

You don't have to do anything. Just ask your guest their flight number (such as AA1231 or AFR84) as you would normally do.

We will then inform you that we will be tracking your guest's flight. On check-in day, we will send you alerts on their flight status, sufficiently ahead of time to help you organize your check-in.
