After connecting your Touch Stay and Hospitable accounts, your Touch Stay guidebook content will automatically show up in the Knowledge Hub and Hospitable's AI will use to write more accurate and relevant messages.
You only need to connect your accounts and link the relevant Hospitable properties in your Touch Stay account.
Connect your Touch Stay and Hospitable Accounts
Either start on Hospitable:
Go to Apps
Click Touch Stay
Click Get Started to be redirected to Touch Stay where you'll sign up or sign in and connect your Hospitable account.
Or, initiate the connection on Touch Stay:
Log in to your account at hub.touchstay.com
Go to Integrations > Partners > and click 'Connect' under Hospitable
You will then be directed to log into your Hospitable account to link your Touch Stay account with Hospitable
Upon redirection to Touch Stay, you can continue your account setup.
Link your Hospitable properties
Once your account is connected, head to the Integrations > Match section here: hub.touchstay.com/integrations/match/hospitable
For every Touch Stay guidebook that you have in the list, select the Hospitable property that it should be matched with in the dropdown menu.
Click on Match Selected.
Once the matching finishes for the guidebook, Hospitable will pick it up within the next 5 minutes and will continuously look for updates automatically behind the scenes.
