What is Copilot?

Copilot is your built-in AI assistant inside Hospitable, designed to help you access insights, analyze performance, and manage operations through simple, conversational questions. Think of it as your digital co-pilot, always available to make hosting more efficient.

Who has access to Copilot?

Copilot is currently available to all Mogul users.

What Copilot can do Today

Copilot is continuously evolving, but here’s what it can already help you with:

📅 Reservations and Calendar

  • Get cancellation numbers and trends

  • See availability and pricing over specific dates

And much more—all through a simple, chat-based experience.

How to Access Copilot

You can find Copilot in the sidebar above the Apps section.

Best Practices for Great Results

  • Be specific: “What was my revenue for Beach House in July” works better than “What was my revenue.”

  • Add timeframes: Always include dates when looking at reservations or revenue.

  • Name properties directly: Use the right property names to avoid confusion.

  • Ask follow-up questions: Copilot remembers context in the conversation.

  • Request visuals: Try asking for charts if you want easier comparisons.

Example Questions to Try

Here are some prompts to get you started:

  • “How many cancellations did we have last month?”

  • “Show me all upcoming check-ins for the next 7 days.”

  • “Which property has the highest occupancy this year?”

  • “What improvements do guests suggest in reviews?”

  • “What was my revenue excluding cleaning fees last month?”

Note: Copilot is continuously improving with new tools and capabilities being added regularly. If it can't answer something, your query will be stored for review to help improve the system.

If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for improvement, please share your feedback!
