Rapid Rollout and Rapid Refresh are paid onboarding programs designed to help you get the most out of Hospitable - whether you're setting up your account for the first time or need a tune-up after some time away. You’ll work with a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist throughout these sessions.
Rapid Rollout is for new hosts / hosts still in trial who want hands-on guidance to fully set up their account, connect their channels, and start automating their operations quickly.
Rapid Refresh is for existing Hospitable user who need a refresher, whether it’s reviewing best practices, training new team members, or getting up to speed on new features.
💡 Note: If you're on trial, you still have access to book a 30-minute orientation call at no cost. Rapid Rollout and Refresh are separate programs you can purchase for a fee, designed for hosts who want more in-depth, hands-on support with their setup.
What you’ll get out of the program
Each onboarding program includes live, guided sessions with a Customer Onboarding Specialist. You’ll share your screen and do the setup as we guide you through the product configuration. By the end of the program, your account will be configured with:
Connected channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Agoda, Google Vacation Rentals)
Automated messaging and review rules
A Direct Booking website, set up to start receiving direct bookings
Your smart devices (like smart locks and thermostats) connected
Your Dynamic Pricing software is integrated
...and more.
Each session builds on the previous one. You'll be assigned small action items between calls to keep progress moving. We encourage you to complete these tasks before your next session to keep things on track and get the most out of your onboarding.
Pricing and payment
The standard onboarding package costs $500 and includes up to 5 hours of configuration. This translates to 3.5 hours of live training, and the rest is for pre-call preparation and post-call follow up.
We also offer a 2-hour package for $250 if you’re looking for a shorter sessions.
If you need message migration from Airbnb or another PMS, that’s available as an optional add-on for $150 (up to 15 messages).
How do I purchase a paid onboarding?
Reach out to your Sales or Customer Success representative to purchase or if you have any additional questions about the package!
Note that your account must be in Pending or Active status to purchase the onboarding package. Pending status means you have added a payment method to your account and have chosen to subscribe to a subscription plan in Hospitable.
You’ll receive a Statement of Work to sign. The payment will be charged to the credit card on file in your Hospitable account. Alternate payment methods or split payments aren’t supported at the moment.
FAQ
Will the onboarding specialist set up my account for me?
No. This is a hands-on, guided onboarding. You’ll share your screen and complete the setup yourself, with step-by-step support from your Customer Onboarding Specialist. This approach helps you learn the platform so you can manage it confidently after the sessions.
Can I choose the topics we focus on?
We follow a set agenda to make sure all core areas are covered, but you're welcome to share your priorities during the kickoff call and we will try to prioritize those topics.
Can you create my VRBO listings for me?
Yes. We partner with VRBO to replicate your Airbnb listings and create your VRBO account.
Will the calls be recorded?
Yes. All calls are recorded, transcribed, and summarized. You’ll receive a link to each recording after the session. Note that these links have an expiration date.
What if I miss or am late to a call?
If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the onboarding specialist will leave the call and request to reschedule. Only one reschedule is allowed. Any additional missed sessions will be forfeited.
What’s not included in the onboarding program?
The program includes only what’s listed in your Statement of Work. It does not include:
Setup or customization of your dynamic pricing software (we’ll confirm it’s connected, but you’ll manage pricing strategy yourself)
Creating your listings from scratch (you’ll connect existing Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com listings to Hospitable)
