Integrating Hospitable with listo helps hosts verify what happens inside their properties between guests. Once connected, listo imports your listing details, rooms, amenities, and photo gallery from Hospitable to automatically build a room-by-room turnover checklist. Photos are matched to rooms where possible, giving team members a visual reference for how each space should look. During every turnover, cleaners and co-hosts work through the checklist on their phones and take photos of each room and item as proof of completion.
Hosts can review timestamped photos remotely, receive notifications when a turnover is finished, and catch issues such as missing towels or unmade beds before the next guest checks in. Teams can also report issues with photos and priority levels and track them until resolved.
The Hospitable integration is read-only and does not access reservations, guests, messages, pricing, payouts, or Wi-Fi credentials, while imported properties and checklists can be customized freely in listo.
Initiate the connection on listo
Open checklis.to/manager or the listo app and sign in.
New to listo? Create an account first, then carry on from step 2.On the Properties screen, tap Add New Property.
When asked Do you use a property management system?, tap Connect Hospitable.
You will be sent to the Hospitable login page (if you aren't already logged in). Review the permissions and click on Authorize checklis.to.
On the desktop browser, you come straight back to listo. On a phone, Hospitable opens in your browser: when you are done, return to the listo app and tap I have connected.Under Which listing are you setting up?, choose a listing. The details fill in for you and can be changed on the next screens. Then listo builds the checklist and adds your listing photos to its rooms.
Adding more listings: Repeat from step 2 for each one. You only approve listo once, and listings you have already imported are hidden from the list.
