Seven Summers Host Academy (SSHA) is a six-month coaching and mentorship program for short-term rental owners. It helps hosts improve the performance of their existing properties, build efficient self-managed operations, and scale their portfolios.
The program combines 10 self-paced learning modules with weekly 90-minute live group coaching sessions (with replays), 1:1 onboarding and ongoing support, and a community of active STR owners and industry specialists. Modules cover topics such as market research, deal analysis, financing, tax and legal foundations, guest experience, listing optimization, revenue management, systems and automation, and building a direct-booking brand.
Live coaching sessions include Q&A, peer problem-solving, and guest industry experts, and often cover real property audits, pricing and calendar-gap strategies, and moving from property managers to self-management.
