The Reviews export contains reviews left by the guest for the Airbnb host/listing. You can export Reviews in .csv format to perform in-depth data analysis of your Airbnb reviews in your preferred spreadsheet software.
Reviews are part of the primary host account.
View the Reviews Export
To view the Reviews export, go to Metrics>Reviews.
Select the data you wish to include by clicking on:
The date:
+Filter:
Select the columns you wish to include (all options/definitions are in the table at the end of this article).
(Optional) Click on Save to save the view. You can access this later by clicking on Views.
View the data, or select Export to email a .csv file, which you can save to your files.
