Email routing helps you centralize communication and simplify account management for your booking channels

Managing multiple Airbnb or Vrbo accounts requires multiple email addresses, which can make handling communications more challenging. Whether you want to receive all messages in one inbox or create a new email address for a client, email routing can help.


With email routing, you can:

  • Centralize emails from multiple accounts into a single inbox

  • Set up new email addresses or aliases for client accounts

  • Ensure several team members are copied on booking channel notifications

How Hospitable Simplifies Email Routing

Hospitable allows you to generate a unique @host.hospitable.com email address. Any emails sent to this address will be redirected to one or multiple email accounts you choose—seamlessly and instantly, without appearing forwarded.

This feature is especially useful for property managers who want to quickly onboard client accounts or for hosts who need team-wide visibility of booking notifications.

You can set up as many email routing emails as you'd like!

How to Set Up Email Routing

  1. Click on Apps

  2. Under Tools, click on Email Routing

  3. Click on Create a new email route

  4. Enter the personalized part of email address that you'd like to create (e.g. JohnSmith123). This will mean that your new email routing address will become [email protected].

  5. Click on "Create" to add a new line on the Email Routing page for this new email address.

  6. Add the email(s) you'd like this new email address to route to by adding them in the text area under the email address. If you'd like to add more than one email, put a comma between each address.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Once completed, we will forward all emails sent to the @host.hospitable.com proxy email address to the email address(es) listed.
