Hospitable's calendar allows you to make pricing changes to all of your property's listings at one time. Manual pricing changes are always pushed immediately to all individual listings, regardless of sub-sync settings.

Dynamic Pricing

Many hosts use dynamic pricing tools to automatically adjust their prices to market conditions. If you are using a Dynamic Pricing Integration, you should set your prices there, not in Hospitable. Learn more here.

Change a Property's Base Price

Editing your nightly and weekend nightly base price will update all nights that do not have a price set manually or by a dynamic pricing integration. As new calendar dates open up, they take your base price.

  1. Select a Property

  2. Select Pricing from the inner left sidebar

  3. Enter any value from US$10 – $100,000, or equivalent

  4. Updates are saved automatically

Change Pricing on the Calendar

  1. Go to Calendar.

  2. Click on the date you wish to change twice (or, to select a series of dates, click on a start date and an end date).

    1. If you select more than one week, we will show a day of the week selection, with all dates selected by default. If you only want your price update to apply to specific days of the week, deselect the unwanted days.

In the example shown in this screenshot, changes will only apply to weekend dates (Friday and Saturday).

  3. Enter the value in the Price field. We'll show you the price that will be pushed to each platform based on your markup rates.

  4. Click Save.

Important Note About Markup Rates

Markup rates help you customize your pricing for the same listing on different channels. When updating the pricing on your calendar, markup rates are always added to the rate you set. For example, if you have a 3% Airbnb markup and set $100 as your nightly rate on Hospitable, $103 will be pushed to Airbnb.
