We know that circumstances change, so you can choose to cancel your Hospitable subscription at any time.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain ongoing through the end of your billing period. You will not be charged again for any subscription fees. Additionally, please note that actions such as muting, freezing, or unlisting properties will not stop the subscription fee; it is necessary to explicitly cancel the subscription to stop billing.

If you decide to join us again in the future, you can log in and subscribe to a new plan. We'll save your messaging rules and other settings, so you'll be ready to jump in right where you left off! Additionally, after cancellation, your account will be permanently canceled, and features will be inaccessible unless you choose to resubscribe. However, you will still be able to log in to manage your account or resubscribe if desired.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Click on Settings > Subscription.

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of this page. Click on Cancel.

  3. Click on I understand.

  4. On the following screen, please share your reasoning for cancellation. When you're ready, select Next.

  5. Complete the steps that follow.

  6. Depending on your selection, you may be provided the option to talk to our support team. Selecting this will begin a support chat. It will not automatically cancel your subscription (although our support team will be happy to assist you with that, if desired). πŸ‘Œ

  7. Selecting Decline will proceed to automatic cancellation. Your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation once you click on Confirm & Cancel.

Managing Billing Cycles Without Cancellation

If you wish to adjust your billing cycle, you can contact support to request a modification. A pro-rated payment can be calculated for the interim period, and future payments will follow the newly set billing cycle.
