There may be an instance where a Secondary User wants to create a primary Hospitable account, or vice versa. For example, if an owner was added as a secondary user by their property manager, but now wants to manage their newest property themselves using their own Hospitable account.

Limitations

Two Hospitable accounts cannot share the same email login.

Steps

  • Option 1: Add the new account using a different email login (for example, [email protected] can be added as a secondary user if [email protected] is already a primary user).

  • Option 2: If the other account is no longer needed, contact support to have the account migrated from a primary account to a secondary user account. Please note that doing this will remove the existing primary account all information associated with it.

A Note About Multiple Secondary User Accounts

You can invite someone who is a secondary user to another primary account to be a secondary user on your account using the same email address.

When they log in using this email address, they can switch their view between the different accounts for which they're secondary users by clicking on their name/profile photo. The interface will show them only the data relevant to the selected account.
