A Primary User account cannot simultaneously be a Secondary User account. If you'd like to invite a secondary user to your account who has (or had) a primary account, you have two options.

You can find the steps to add, edit, or remove a Secondary User (via User Management) here.

Option 1: Add a New Account with a Different Email

This allows the Secondary User to use keep both accounts active, if they wish.

Example: If the email address [email protected] is already used for a primary account, you can create a secondary account using [email protected].

Option 2: Migrate an Existing Account

If the current primary account is no longer needed, you can contact support to request an account migration.

This migration will convert the primary account into a secondary account, and all data tied to the original primary account will be lost. Ensure that any important information is backed up before proceeding, as the migration is permanent.

Note About Managing Multiple Secondary User Accounts

If a user is already a Secondary User for another account, they can be invited to your account using the same email address.

When the user logs in, they can choose which account to access by clicking on their name/profile photo and selecting the appropriate account. Each view will display only the data relevant to the selected account.
