There may be times that you wish to change the check-in or check-out times for a particular reservation. If this is the case, you can modify the time of the guest's booking on Hospitable, which will update both the timing of scheduled messages and your smart lock codes.
You can do this from either the conversation in Inbox or the Calendar.
Inbox
Go to Inbox
Open the guest's conversation thread
Click on the check-in or check-out time at the top of the left sidebar. (On mobile this is within a sub-menu accessed by selecting ... at the top right within a guest conversation.)
Adjust the time using the up and down arrows.
Calendar
Go to Calendar
Click on the guest's reservation block
Click on the check-in or check-out time in the top right of the sidebar.
Adjust the time using the up and down arrows.
