The Apps section in Hospitable is where you can find integrations and tools that extend the capabilities of your account. This includes integrations built by Hospitable as well as integrations created by third-party partners.

You can use the Apps page to explore available tools, connect integrations, and access developer features.

Only account owners can connect to apps. Secondary users, even with Full Permission, will only be able to view app details and current connections, but not be able to initiate the connection.

Finding and browsing apps

From the Apps page, you can browse all available integrations or quickly find a specific one.

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for an integration by name

  • Use filters or the menu on the left to narrow results by integration type

For detailed instructions, walk-throughs, how-tos, troubleshooting guides, and more, check out the Apps section of the Help Center.

Tools available in the Apps section

In addition to integrations, the Apps page gives you access to several built-in tools:

API access

Generate API tokens to access Hospitable’s public API V2. This allows you to build custom workflows or connect Hospitable to your own systems. They are intended for personal use only and should not be shared with third parties.

Each access token can be given read and/or write permissions.

Email routing

Create an email redirection using a @host.hospitable.com email address. Email routing allows you to centralize emails from multiple accounts into a single inbox, set up new email addresses or aliases for client accounts, and/or ensure several team members are copied on booking channel notifications.

Webhooks

Configure webhooks to send real-time updates from Hospitable to your own server or to another service, such as Zapier.
