Getting Started with the Inbox & Guest Conversations

The Hospitable Inbox is a centralized area where you can easily manage all guest communications across your connected platforms.

It also allows you to see all upcoming automated messages to guests, view guest insights and previous conversations with returning guests, easily access property and reservation information (including financials, smart lock codes, tasks, notes, and more), filter messages for easier searching, and even send mass messages to guests.
