The Reservations & Financials export is one of the reports available within the Metrics section. It includes the full guest and financial details for all confirmed Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Direct, and manual reservations, including base rates, taxes, fees, subtotals, deposits, payouts, subtotals, and total price for each guest.

Each report consists of 2 files:

View the Reservations & Financials Export

To view the Reservations & Financials export, go to Metrics, then Exports.
Select the data you wish to include by clicking on:
1. The date:
2. +Filter:
Select the columns you wish to include (all options/definitions are in the table at the end of this article).
(Optional) Click on Save to save the view. You can access this later by clicking on Views.
View the data, or select Export to email a .csv file, which you can save to your files and/or upload into most accounting software, such as Quickbooks.

Filter Data

Use filters to view the information you wish to include.

+Filter
Exclude / include certain categories of reservations from your KPIs and from the raw financial data that's sent in an export
+Columns
This allows you to select to include more or less columns to view or export.
Date Range
This allows you to view metrics of reservations that fall on various date ranges as

Views

Saving a view allows you to save all filters and column selections to easily access that same view later

Save Filtered View
Select Save to save and name a view, which will be available to view later. You can also select to create a public link to access the view at this time or at any point later.

Select Views
Select Views to see all of your available views, create/copy/revoke public links, and delete the views. If a view is currently applied, you can select the name to open the full list of views.

This option becomes available once the first view is saved.

Share a Public Link to your Filtered Dashboard

You can create public link to any saved view at the time it's created, or later in the Views selection.
These public links can be shared with anyone and display live data for only the selected filters and columns, and access to the link can be revoked at any time.

View Exports

The Exports section contains 4 different types of exports to help with your reporting. All exports are downloaded as a .csv excel file, and can be further manipulated within the downloaded document.

Types of Reports & Exports

1. Reservations & Financials Export

This export has the full guest and financial details for every confirmed booking for Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and manual reservations, allowing you to view the health of your properties for the selected time frame and see how it compares to the previous time period.

2. Reviews export

Exports all of your Airbnb reviews allowing you to perform more in-depth data analysis on your guest experience.

3. Tasks export

An overview of all past and upcoming tasks, helping you manage your personnel and payroll.

4. Taxes export

The tax export gives you visibility into the amount of each tax type that is collected on your properties. We'll prepare two types of reports whenever you export tax data: Summary and Detailed

View all taxes summarized by tax or for each reservation.

Key Performance Indicators

Currency Conversion

We automatically convert the currency of the bookings based on the chosen currency on the Metrics Dashboard.

The conversion rate used on the data can be seen by hovering the mouse/pointer on the Conversion rates applied:

Export & Send Data

Send Reports Via Email

This allows you to send a .csv with all of your raw financial data. These can be sent with or without your KPIs, and as a single .csv or broken into separate files for each property.

You can view / redownload all of your, and your secondary users, exports in this tab.
The currency on the exports are on the original and not converted currencies and needs to be manually converted compared to the data on the dashboard (Total Revenue, etc)

What do the percentages in the Exports Dashboard and Reservations section refer to?

The percentages compare the current time range you've selected (a week, a month) to that same amount of time in the past (last week, last month) and show the difference between the two time ranges.
