On occasion, you may see different prices across PriceLabs, Hospitable, and your booking channels. Here are a few things you can check if this happens.

Is PriceLabs connected to Hospitable and disconnected elsewhere?

Go to Hospitable > Apps > Connected Apps to ensure that PriceLabs is successfully connected. Additionally, please ensure PriceLabse is disconnected from Airbnb and other platforms.

Did we receive the PriceLabs update? Did you update your prices on PriceLabs recently?

PriceLabs sends prices to us once every 24 hours. If you made changes to your prices on PriceLabs recently, you can click the Sync Now button on the property page in PriceLabs to trigger an immediate update. Learn more about how often PriceLabs syncs prices here.

You can check to see when we last received a pricing update by opening your Hospitable calendar. Click on a date, then look at the source below the price on the rightside panel. It should read: "Source: PriceLabs." However over the source to see the time/date of the last update we received.

Do you have a lot of new listings?

When you add new listings to Hospitable, we push all calendar data to the booking platforms. It can take some time for your calendars to reflect these changes on the booking platforms, especially Vrbo. Make sure your Vrbo listing is live, as we cannot push data to an unlisted Vrbo listing. If you aren't seeing changes as expected, please reach out to us.

Did you recently merge your listings in Hospitable?

Merging listings in Hospitable will take two properties and combine them into one.

One of the two previous property IDs gets deleted during this process. If that was the property ID that you had connected to PriceLabs, then the connection is broken.

You can find the property ID in the property's URL on Hospitable.com.

Make sure that the ID there matches to what you have on PriceLabs. It is called a 'Listing ID' on PriceLabs.

When merging, we prioritize the property ID of the one with more listings. If they have the same amount of listings, we prioritize Airbnb listings. If they have the same amount of Airbnb listings, then we prioritize the oldest property ID.

Muted Listings

If your listings aren't syncing, ensure that the listing is live on the booking platform and unmuted in Hospitable.
