Hospitable.com and Beyond's integration allows you to use their Dynamic Pricing product on all properties you have on Hospitable.com which can include VRBO, Airbnb, and Booking.com listings.
To integrate Beyond with your Hospitable.com account, you will need to follow the below steps.
On Airbnb: Disable Smart Pricing
You will need to disable Smart Pricing on your Airbnb listings.
If Smart Pricing is enabled, Beyond will not be able to make successful changes to your Airbnb prices, as Airbnb will override them.
On Hospitable.com: Merge your listings together
Back on Hospitable.com, we strongly recommend that you start by ensuring that you are merging your Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com listings of the same property together. This may already be the case, but if you have not done so, you should follow the instructions in this article to help you merge your properties together.
On Hospitable.com: Set your markup rates
We recommend that you set up your markup rates for each listing or platform. This markup will be added to the price generated by Beyond, when we push their rates to your listings. The markup will depend on your channel distribution strategy.
For example, if you define a markup of 10% for Airbnb, and 15% for VRBO, and Beyond pushes a price of $100 to Hospitable, Hospitable will push a price of $110 for Airbnb, and $115 for VRBO.
You can also add listing-specific markup rates, if you would like individual markups per listing.
To create your markup rates:
Click on Settings, and click on Preferences
Click on Properties
You can then enter your markup rate for each platform.
Note: The markup rate can be a negative, positive value or zero.
On Hospitable.com: Generate your API key
API keys are credentials that will allow Beyond to write to your calendar through Hospitable.com
Go to the Hospitable Apps page.
Scroll down to Tools and click on API keys.
Toggle over to API keys (legacy)
Click the + Add new button. This will generate your unique API key, with a Client ID and a Client secret.
Make sure to select permissions to ✅ Read calendar, and ✅ Write calendar
Name the API key “Beyond"
On Beyond: Set up the connection!
If you already have your Airbnb/Vrbo/Booking.com account connected to Beyond, we recommend removing this connection so that the prices are updated only through Hospitable.
Firstly, if you do not have a Beyond account yet, you will need to set one up, you can sign up here.
Next, once you are logged in, navigate to this page: Connect Hospitable Account
Enter the Client ID and Client secret from your Hospitable API key
Select 'link your Hospitable.com account'
What happens next?
You will now be able to configure Beyond to manage the pricing of your Hospitable.com properties.
When you are ready, Beyond will push rates and minimum stay settings to your properties.
Any rates or minimum night stays manually changed on our calendar will be overridden by data pushed from Beyond, so all changes should be made in Beyond.
