All Hospitable hosts can now get Turno's (formerly TurnoverBnb) industry-leading cleaning and turnover management software for free. Please note that processing fees will still be charged by Turno and previously paid annual subscriptions will not be refunded or prorated.
If your Hospitable and Turno accounts are connected (via the API integration only), your Turno subscription fee will be waived. This will give you access to Turno’s Marketplace for better rates and more consistent service by connecting you to a network of over 25K cleaning professionals competing for your business.
Turno also saves you time managing your cleaning team. Hospitable’s integration with Turno allows you to sync with your booking calendars to schedule your cleanings automatically.
Get started on Turno
From the Dashboard, click on your profile picture and select Integrations.
On the Integrations screen, click Connect under Hospitable.
Next, click on the Connect now button.
You will then be directed to log into your Hospitable account to link your Turno account with Hospitable.
After allowing access, you’ll be redirected to Turno to select the properties.
Free Turno subscription
As long as your Hospitable and Turno accounts are connected (via the API only), you’ll automatically get your Turno subscription for free.
Connected your accounts and still not seeing your free subscription?
Feel free to reach out to Turno’s support team using chat in the bottom right corner of their website to get this corrected.
You can check out more details on their free subscription here. Please note that adding another separate integration (or an iCal) directly on Turno will make the property billable again.
Reservations missing?
If you notice some reservations missing after making the connection, don't worry! Turno only shows reservations up to five months in the future. So if you are missing reservations that are five+ months in the future, that is expected.
Projects re-created for existing reservations?
This is expected to happen after connecting with Hospitable. You will have to map your Hospitable listings to the existing properties in Turno, and then remove your previously connected channel (e.g. PMS or another OTA like Airbnb). Once removed, any future cleaning projects related to these platforms are also removed. At the same time, Turno creates new cleaning projects associated with reservations imported the Hospitable properties. The only impact this really has is that your teammates will have to accept the projects for the existing reservations once again.
