All new Hospitable accounts start with a 14-day free trial. The trial begins as soon as your account is created and gives you full access to Hospitable so you can explore how it works for your hosting setup.

What’s included in the free trial

During your free trial:

  • No payment method is required

  • You have access to all Hospitable features, because all trials are on the Mogul plan

All free trials include full Mogul plan access so hosts can explore all features before subscribing. To explore other plans, view our plan options here.

Subscribing during your trial

You can subscribe at any time during the trial period.

To subscribe:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Click Subscription

  3. Select Subscribe to the best plan for your needs

If you subscribe before the trial ends:

  • Your trial continues until the full 14 days are complete

  • You will not be charged until the trial period ends

What happens when the trial ends

If you do not subscribe before your trial expires:

  • All Hospitable services will be paused

  • Your account settings, rules, and configurations are not deleted. You can reactivate your account at any time by subscribing to a plan.

Free trial orientation session

All hosts in a free trial are invited to a free orientation session with the Hospitable team.

The orientation:

  • Walks through key features

  • Helps you understand how Hospitable will work for your needs

  • Gives you time to ask questions specific to your workflow

To book an orientation:

  1. Go to Help

  2. Click Book an orientation

  3. Choose a time that works for you from the calendar
