Connecting your Hospitable properties to Cleanster.com syncs property and reservation data to automate the process of scheduling cleanings. Once you have integrated your Hospitable account, you can use the Cleanster.com app for free - you'll still need to pay the cleaners though. πŸ˜‰

Cleanster offers a Marketplace model in which you find your cleaners through their marketplace, and manage the cleanings with their platform.

Their SaaS model allows you to bring in your existing team of cleaners and use their platform to manage your cleanings.

Get started on Hospitable

  1. Go to Apps

  2. Click Cleanster

  3. Click Get Started to be redirected to Cleanster.com where you'll sign up for a new account.

  4. On the sign up form, make sure to select the correct option under I want to:

    • Find cleaners (Marketplace)

    • Use my own cleaners (SaaS)

Or, initiate the connection on Cleanster.com

  1. Log in to your Cleanster account.

  2. Click on the Short-Term Rental icon.

  3. Click on β€œConnect to PMS”.

  4. Click on β€œConnect” beside Hospitable.

  5. You will be redirected to a page where you login with your Hospitable account.

  6. Click on Authorize.

  7. You will be redirected back to Cleanster.

Setting up new properties

  1. After successfully connecting your Hospitable account, you can then select the property you want to add by clicking the check mark or β€œSelect Allβ€œ on the right side of the property address to import all data.

  2. Cleanster will automatically collect the rooms and bathrooms so you can review the estimated hours and adjust the hours, supplies, wash & dry and automate auto-booking.

  3. Click Save and go to Saved Address where you will see the Hospitable logo tagged to the property

Automated cleanings

Each time you receive a reservation via a listing connected to a Hospitable property, Cleanster will automatically schedule a cleaning upon check-out! To change this default setting, you can edit the property settings in Cleanster.
