ChargeAutomation is a product suite to manage the entire flow of your guest's experience, from online check-in to upsells and more.
To integrate Charge Automation with Hospitable, you must first have a Charge Automation account.
Get started on Hospitable:
Go to Apps.
Click on ChargeAutomation.
Click on Get Started to be redirected to their website where you will login or signup.
Or, initiate the connection on ChargeAutomation:
Login to your ChargeAutomation account.
Go to your Account Setup.
Go to Connect your Property Management System.
Select Hospitable, then click on Connect to Hospitable.
You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page and then be asked to Authorize the connection.
You will be redirected back to the ChargeAutomation Account Setup. Click on Continue.
Continue the steps below within ChargeAutomation:
Now you can continue and customize your guest experience & payment rules per booking channel and per property. Last step is to activate your properties and you're done.
The rules will apply to new reservations after you go live. You can also manually share the same rules to existing reservations if you choose to.
