Connecting your Hospitable account to VRPlatform syncs property and reservation data to automate your bookkeeping and accounting.
Prerequisites
To integrate Hospitable with VRPlatform, you'll need a VRPlatform account. If you don't already have a VRPlatform account, visit www.vrplatform.app to request a demo and get started.
On Hospitable.com: Generate your API key
API keys are credentials that will allow VRPlatform to access property information through Hospitable.com
Go to the Hospitable Apps page.
Scroll down to Tools and click on API keys.
Click the + Add new button. This will generate your unique API key, with a Client ID and a Client secret.
Make sure that ✅ Read calendar permission remains checked and that ❌ Write calendar is unchecked.
Name the API key “VRPlatform" (this is optional but highly recommended so you can recognize it later)
Configure the integration from within VRPlatform
If your account is already created and you can access your VRPlatform, open Connections from the navigation menu and click 'Add a connection'.
Under the PMS category, choose 'Hospitable' by clicking the connect button.
Once selected, you'll be prompted to enter your Client ID and Client secret that you just created on Hospitable.com > Apps > API keys.
Once you have entered both Client ID and Client Secret, click the connect button.
Confirm your assets in VRPlatform
Once the integration has been connected, VRPlatform will fetch data from Hospitable automatically.
