Hospitable.com

Know Your Guest by SUPERHOG offers a complete solution providing you with all the tools and features needed to manage guest-related risks effectively.

To integrate Know Your Guest with Hospitable, you must first have access to your Host dashboard through your Know Your Guest account.

On Hospitable.com: <a href="https://my.hospitable.com/support-documentation/article/4602960-how-do-i-generate-new-api-keys" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Generate your API key</a>

API keys are credentials that will allow SUPERHOG to access property and reservation information through Hospitable.com.

Click on the <code>+ Add new</code> button. This will generate API keys, with a Client ID and a Client secret.

Make sure that ✅ Read calendar permission remains checked, and that ❌ Write calendar is unchecked.

Name the API key “SUPERHOG" (this is optional, but highly recommended so you can recognize it later)

1. Go to Apps. 
2. Click on API keys.
3. Toggle over to API keys (legacy)
4. Click on the <code>+ Add new</code> button. This will generate API keys, with a Client ID and a Client secret.
5. Make sure that ✅ Read calendar permission remains checked, and that ❌ Write calendar is unchecked.

6. Name the API key “SUPERHOG" (this is optional, but highly recommended so you can recognize it later)

On SUPERHOG's Know Your Guest Host dashboard:

Login to your SUPERHOG Know Your Guest Host dashboard

Enter your 'Client ID' from the previous step into the 'User name' field

Enter your 'Client Secret' from the previous step into the 'Password' field

Complete other required fields based on your preferences, then click 'Save'

Select properties, and click 'Update listings' in order to pull reservations from that property into SUPERHOG and begin sending verification requests to your guests.

1. Login to your SUPERHOG Know Your Guest Host dashboard
2. Click 'Integrations'
3. Agree to the Property declaration
4. Select 'Hospitable'
5. Enter your 'Client ID' from the previous step into the 'User name' field
6. Enter your 'Client Secret' from the previous step into the 'Password' field
7. Complete other required fields based on your preferences, then click 'Save'
8. Select properties, and click 'Update listings' in order to pull reservations from that property into SUPERHOG and begin sending verification requests to your guests.
