Buoy's integration with Hospitable lets Hospitable users benefit from Buoy's revenue management services by granting Buoy access to your calendar to automate your pricing strategy.
To integrate Buoy with Hospitable, you must first sign up for Buoy by scheduling a call with Tim Speicher.
On Hospitable.com: Generate your API key
API keys are credentials that will allow Buoy to access property and calendar information through Hospitable.com.
Go to the Hospitable Apps page.
Scroll down to Tools and click on API keys.
Click the + Add new button. This will generate your unique API key, with a Client ID and a Client secret.
Make sure that ✅ Read calendar permission remains checked, and that ✅ Write calendar remains checked.
Name the API key “Buoy" (this is optional, but highly recommended so you can recognize it later)
After the scheduled call with Buoy, you will receive an invitation from Buoy inviting you to access your account, where you'll enter your Client ID and Client secret from the previous step into Buoy.
