If you are a co-host, you must invite the Airbnb listing owner to connect their Airbnb account to Hospitable.
To gain full access to Airbnb listings, manage reservations and the calendar, post reviews, and more, listing owners need to connect their Airbnb accounts to Hospitable. If you are a co-host, you can invite the listing owners to connect their Airbnb accounts to your Hospitable account.
Invite hosts to connect new listings to Hospitable
Log into my.hospitable.com
Navigate to 'Connected accounts'
Select 'Invite hosts'
Enter the full name and email of the hosts (also known as listing owners, likely the owner of the property or the Airbnb listing)
Click 'Continue'
Hospitable will send an email to the host with you cc'd, prompting them to connect their Airbnb account to your Hospitable account.
The host should then click 'Connect my Airbnb account', where they'll be prompted to log in to Airbnb and authorize Hospitable to access their account.
Invite hosts to connect their account to listings that you've already imported to Hospitable through your co-hosted account
If you've already connected your co-host account to Hospitable, the listing owner must still connect their own account. This is an Airbnb requirement.
Log into my.hospitable.com
Navigate to 'Connected accounts'
If a connected account is co-host to any listing that does not have the listing owner connected, then the co-host account will be highlighted in yellow, with a button to Invite host. Click 'Invite host' to see the affected listings, and invite the host.
Hospitable will send an email to the host with you cc'd, prompting them to connect their Airbnb account to your Hospitable account.
The host should then click 'Connect my Airbnb account' where they'll be prompted to log in to Airbnb and authorize Hospitable to access their account.
