When you connect your Booking.com listing to Hospitable, we receive all of your future reservations from Booking.com. However, they do not send us your historic reservation data.
This means that if the guest checked out before Hospitable was set as a channel manager for your listing on Booking.com, the conversation won't be accessible from our inbox. You will also not find those reservations on the calendar or on your Metrics reports from Hospitable.
If you have a guest currently staying at your listing, and they haven't checked out by the time you connect your Booking.com listing to Hospitable, we will be able to pull in that conversation thread and financial data.
