We know how crucial it is to get your questions answered promptly, and to share feedback and thoughts on our product. You can start a discussion with us using the instructions below.

How you can reach us:

Note that hosts on the Essentials Subscription plan have access to our AI bot, Smarty, and our Community, but not live/email chat.

Host, Professional, Mogul, and Legacy Plan Users

Contact Support

  • By email: email [email protected]

  • By chat: open the chat icon on the bottom left of your account and click on Send us a message.

  • The community: post a question in our community

Essentials Plan Users

Contact Support

  • By chat: open the chat icon on the bottom left of your account and click on Send us a message. Hosts will be able to chat with Smarty, our AI bot, only (human support is limited to our other plans)

  • The community: post a question in our community

💡 Tips: To close the chat box, click the down arrow in the bottom-right corner.

To find your old chats with support, click on Messages from the bottom navigation

Explore the Help Center

You can also explore our Help Center for quick and efficient answers to your questions.

  • Navigate to the Help section by clicking the question mark icon on the bottom left side by your account avatar.

  • At the top of the page, type your question in the search bar to find relevant articles and quick answers to your questions!


Book an Office Hours Call with Product or Engineering

If you have thoughtful feedback, feature ideas, or product suggestions you’d like to share directly with our Product or Engineering teams, you can book an Office Hours call.

Office Hours are best for high-level feedback and discussions about how Hospitable works or how it could work better for you.

Important: If you’re experiencing a specific issue or something isn’t working as expected, our Support Team can help much faster. In that case, please reach out to Support via email or chat.

  • Navigate to the Help section by clicking the question mark icon on the bottom left side by your account avatar.

  • Click Give Feedback

  • Select Book an Office Hours Call

  • Add the event to your calendar, and we’ll see you then!


Ask Questions and Share Feedback Live on our Town Hall

Our Town Hall is a great place to ask questions, share feedback, and hear updates directly from the team, alongside other Hospitable hosts.

We host a live Town Hall on Zoom every other Wednesday at 9am PT / 12pm ET. Each session lasts one hour and includes dedicated time for attendee questions.


Community Page

If you’re looking for advice, best practices, or tips from other hosts, our Community is the best place to go.

The Community is host-to-host, so it’s ideal for:

  • Learning how others use Hospitable.

  • Getting opinions or ideas from experienced hosts.

  • Sharing what’s worked well for you and helping others.

We also use it to get feedback from our customers while we're building new features.
