Customizing Owner Statements or Invoices

The information displayed on Owner Statements or Invoices can be customized to meet your needs, only showing information that your Owner cares to see.

To customize a Statement or Invoice for a property:

  1. Go to Operations > Owner Statements > Statements and click on an Open or In Review Statement or Invoice for the Property you want to customize.

  2. At the top, click Customize.

  3. Check boxes beside the information you want to show, and uncheck boxes beside the information you want to hide, then click Save.

These customizations will be saved for all Open and In Review Statements or Invoices for the relevant Property. Published Statements or Invoices for the Property will not be impacted.
