Hospitable offers users the opportunity to invest directly in the company. Investing is a way to support the growth of the platform while gaining access to exclusive benefits.
How to invest
You can invest in Hospitable through the investment portal at invest.hospitable.com. The minimum investment amount is $2,500, and there is no maximum.

Both individuals and companies can invest. You can invest multiple times, and investments are cumulative.
US-based investors must qualify as accredited investors under SEC Rule 506(c). Non-US investors can participate under Regulation S.
What you receive
When you invest, your investment is represented as a $HOST token on the blockchain. $HOST token holders have a preferred right to proceeds in a future liquidity event.
Important:
Hospitable does not pay dividends. Any returns on your investment are tied to a future liquidity event.
There is a 12-month lockup period after your tokens are issued, during which they cannot be transferred.
Investor updates & reporting
As an investor, you'll receive monthly updates and have access to the Hospitable Investors group at community.hospitable.com. This includes:
Monthly company snapshots
CEO editorial updates
Financial updates
VIP Support for investors
Once your total investment reaches $5,000 or more, you become a VIP Host. This unlocks:
Priority Support: your conversations go to the front of the line, plus WhatsApp access
Slack #avengers channel: direct access to Support, Product & Engineering
CEO's WhatsApp: connect with Pierre-Camille for insights and priority assistance
VIP Support is activated once your cumulative investment reaches $5,000. If you've recently invested and haven't been upgraded yet, please reach out to Support.
Note: VIP Support is applied manually after investment confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours, or until the next business day if the investment is made over the weekend.
Other ways to unlock VIP Support
You can also unlock VIP Support by referring five new users to Hospitable through the referral program (more).
Good to know:
Identity verification (KYC) is required before your investment can be processed (ID/passport + selfie) in the investment portal.
Minimum investment is $2,500, and you can invest more than once: investments are cumulative.
VIP Support unlocks at $5,000+ total invested (cumulative). If you’ve invested and don’t see VIP benefits yet, contact Support to activate.
Payment options include ACH, wire transfer, credit card, USDC wallet, and other crypto. Fees may vary by method and are shown during checkout.
Investments are final and can’t be refunded/reversed once processed.
