Tax Collection and Remittance by Hospitable in Nevada

Clark County

For bookings made through Direct Premium in the Clark County, NV, Hospitable remits and files the following taxes:

  • Combined Transient Occupancy Tax: a percentage of the listing price including any cleaning fees and guest fees for the first 30 nights of any reservations. For detailed information related to the combined transient occupancy taxes, please visit the Clark County Audit Department.

Henderson

For bookings made through Direct Premium in the City of Henderson, NV, Hospitable remits and files the following taxes:

  • Henderson Transient Occupancy Tax: a percentage of the listing price including any cleaning fees and guest fees for the first 31 nights of any reservations. For detailed information related to transient occupancy taxes, please visit the Henderson Department of Finance.

Las Vegas

For bookings made through Direct Premium in the City of Las Vegas, NV, Hospitable remits and files the following taxes:

  • Transient Occupancy Tax: a percentage of the listing price including any cleaning fees for the first 31 nights of any reservation. If a host offers long-term reservations over 31 nights, the reservation is generally considered tax exempt. For detailed information related to transient occupancy taxes, please visit the City of Las Vegas Short-Term Rentals Division.

In addition to Direct Premium bookings, the taxes listed above may apply to upsell purchases made by guests through Hospitable. If an upsell is subject to an applicable tax, those taxes will be automatically collected and remitted on your behalf. Any other applicable taxes that are not listed are your responsibility to file and remit to the respective regulatory jurisdiction in accordance with state, city, and/or local laws and regulations. Hospitable will collect and pass through these taxes to you within your payout.
