As a user, you can disable most emails notifications initiated by Smartbnb when a message is sent on your behalf.
To disable email notifications sent by our product:
Go to Settings, click on Preferences
Click on Notifications
From there, you can easily enable or disable some or all email notifications.
Do not forget to save!
Please note: you won't be able to stop all emails from Hospitable.com.
Some emails are vital to helping improve your standing as a host, and you can't opt out of those. This includes "Review captured" emails that will always be sent, provided you have activated automated reviews. This will keep you in the loop when we have captured a review.
