Short codes are multilingual!

This gives you the ability to use our short codes in your different language templates within your messaging rules so that your messages can always adapt to the language your guest prefers to use.

We grab both the guest and reservation information directly from the connected channels and use the language of the conversation to adapt the short codes to the language used.

For example, if you have a lot of customers that are German speakers, you can use our short code, %nights%, to display the number of nights the guest is staying within your German language templates. This %nights% short code would display as "3 Nächte".

Note: While our short codes support multiple languages, our custom codes are not multilingual.
