We capture the review from the booking platform, as soon as it created there.

We capture a review as soon as it is created by the booking platform.

Usually, the review is captured within 24 hours after the check-out, but we cannot control the timing of those reviews on our end.

After we receive confirmation that it is possible to to review a guest, we generate a review for you in two ways:

  • If you have an active review rule, we will use your rule template to prepare the review message. We will also send an email notification that the review has been captured.

  • Whether or not you have an active review template, we will also prepare AI-generated review variations at that point in that, which you have quick access to in the Inbox. It is up to you if you want to use the AI-generated reviews or not.

For the sake of clarity, we do not create our automated review as soon as the reservation is accepted, we wait for the booking channel to create the review, when a review is actually available there.
