We capture a review as soon as it is created by the booking platform.
Usually, the review is captured within 24 hours after the check-out, but we cannot control the timing of those reviews on our end.
After we receive confirmation that it is possible to to review a guest, we generate a review using the template you created. We will also send an email notification that the review has been captured.
For the sake of clarity, we do not create our automated review as soon as the reservation is accepted, we wait for the booking channel to create the review, when a review is actually available there.
