If you manage a team of cleaners, property owners, managers, concierges, and/or others, you can assign them tasks and automate communications.
Teammates can receive SMS and/or email notifications about new tasks, reminders about upcoming check-ins or check-outs, and task updates, automatically.
You will be able to create their contacts with emails and phone numbers, their role, and if they work on specific properties.
Create a New Teammate
Go to Operations
Click on Teammates
In the right top corner, click on the +Add new button.
Add the teammate's contact details. At a minimum, a new teammate will require a name and a valid email address or phone number (depending on if you want to send them email notifications, SMS notifications, or both).
Under Roles, click on the checkbox next to the role (or roles) you want to assign to your team member.
Go to Preferred properties and click on the checkbox next to the properties you want to assign to this team member.
Click on the Create button to save the teammate's contact details.
