All tasks assigned to your teammates can be found by going to Calendar and toggling over to tasks on the top right. If you just have a single property, you can find this under Operations > Task Calendar. This makes it easy to manage tasks as a host. You may want to share a schedule of a teammates tasks specifically without giving them access to the full operations feature.
