You can search for guest threads by typing one of the following in the search bar located at the top-right corner of the Inbox:
Reservation code
Guest name
Email (if available)
Phone number (if available)
Tip: Typing just part of the search criteria (names, phone numbers, emails) will populate the threads that match your search query. For example, typing "Nic" will bring up Nicole Jones, Nicolas Smith, and Abby Nichols.
