Quickly organize inbox by saving your most common filters as "segments"

You can save inbox filters (or groups of filters) using Segments. Segments allow you to easily switch between combinations of filters or quickly reference the filters you use most often.

Create a New Segment

  1. Click +Filter at the top of the Inbox

  2. Select the filter category

    Note: Time-based filters (such as the "booked on" filter) are based on the UTC timezone.

  3. Select the applicable parameters that you want to be displayed (Example: Check In Date(s), Property, or Platform).

    Note: If you skip this step, the filter will remain visible but will not be applied until you click on it again and select a value. A filter in this limbo state will have a yellow background.

  4. [Optional] Repeat steps 1 - 3 if you'd like to apply more than one filter. The number of filters you can apply at one time is unlimited.

  5. Click Save

  6. Give this segment a name and press Save. Emojis are allowed. πŸ˜„πŸ‘Œ

  7. The new segment will now appear on the left sidebar under Saved Segments during future sessions.
