Keep your payment details updated and accurate to ensure uninterrupted account access by adding a new payment method, deletng an old one, or setting a new backup or primary payment method.
The benefit of Setting a Backup Payment Method
If a payment fails on your primary payment method, we will attempt to collect payment on your backup payment method. Having two payment methods reduces the chances of account disruptions in the event of a billing issue.
Add a New Payment Method
Go to Settings.
Click on the Subscription.
Click on the Payment Methods on the left-side menu.
Add your credit card details and press Save, or click on the PayPal button to add a PayPal account.
Delete a Payment Method
Add a new payment method following the steps above. You cannot delete all of your payment methods while your subscription is active. If you wish to cancel instead, follow the instructions here.
Click on the 3 dots next to the payment method you wish to delete.
Click on Delete.
Set a Primary or Backup Payment Method
Add your backup payment method by following the steps here.
Click on the 3 dots next to the payment method you wish to set as your backup or primary.
Click on Set as primary or Set as backup.
