Unfortunately, this feature is now retired on Hospitable.com.

On Airbnb, you can receive a booking request from a guest who doesn't have their ID verified. If this is something you require from all your guests before they book, lack of ID verification will prevent your guest from completing their reservation.

We no longer receive this information from Airbnb, so we are unable to automate sending a message to your guest if a lack of ID verification is why they cannot book.
