By default, all (scheduled) messages sent by Hospitable.com will have a restriction, in that they will only be sent within a 9am to 9pm window.

  • Before the check-in date, the local time zone of the guest is used.

  • Once the check-in date arrives, the property's time zone is used.

This setting is enabled by default to ensure a great guest experience.

This helps ensure that your guests receive messages at a time when it's still possible to read and respond straight away.

To disable this time restriction:

  1. Click Settings

  2. Select Preferences

  3. Click Guest experience in the left sidebar

  4. Click on the toggle button beside Enforce time restrictions (between 9am and 9pm). It shows green to indicate it's enabled, and turns to grey when disabled.
