Our system automatically imports all listings in your connected channel accounts every 2 hours. If you can't find it in the Properties section, the reason might be one of these.

New listing

Did you recently add the listing in the booking platform? Our system syncs listings every 2 hours, so it may take a bit of time to show up.

You can run a sync manually, so you can immediately see the new listing in Properties. To do this:

  1. Go to Connected accounts

  2. Click on Edit next to your channel where the new listing was added

  3. Click on Re-sync

Incorrect names

Click on Properties and use the search bar on the top right to search for the name of your listing. This may return results for a property under another name, that may be the former name of your listing.

If you find yourself in this situation, you can either:

Unlisted status

Check the status of your listing in the booking platform. If it's Inactive or Unlisted (manually done in the platform), then you may need to activate the relevant filter to display it:

  1. Go to Properties

  2. Click +Filter

  3. Select Include Unlisted

  4. Select All Unlisted

Muted property

Muted properties will not show up in list of properties. Learn more about muting properties here.
