Guests from all around the world can book your property. There are high chances that they will be contacting you using different languages. We can detect the language of the conversation and use it to generate automatic messages and reviews.

How do you determine what the language of the conversation is?

We offer two ways of detecting the language of the conversation.

  • Based on the language in which the guest is viewing your listing. We use this type of detection by default. This is in our opinion the most reliable and the most user-friendly way to communicate with your guests. It also presents less risk, since your guests will also be paying and booking in that language.

  • Based on the first message you receive from the guest. This option can be configured in the account settings.
