It is possible to edit an automatic message that is prepared for the guest but not yet sent. Once a scheduled message is edited, future edits to the message rule which generated this message, will not be applied to this particular message.

You can do this from any one of several places in our interface:

Guest conversation in Inbox

At the bottom of the left sidebar, you will see the Activity panel that lists the thread events and messages that have been sent and are scheduled to be sent.

A message scheduled for a future date will be in bold and have a clock icon next to it. Click on Edit beside the message to modify it, delete or send now.

Dashboard

The moment you login to Hospitable.com, you will be brought to the dashboard that shows you all upcoming Check-ins and Check-outs.

Click on a guest reservation and select Activity. A message scheduled for a future date will be in bold and have a clock icon next to it. Click on Edit beside the message to modify it, delete or send now.

Guest experience overview

In the Overview page of the Guest experience, you will see all pending messages scheduled to be sent.

Click on Edit beside the message to modify it, delete or send now.
