There may be times when you want to change the timing of a scheduled message has been prepared for a guest.

To change the timing of a scheduled message:

  1. Open the message thread with the guest

  2. Look under the Activity panel in the left sidebar

  3. Click the Edit button next to the scheduled message

  4. Update the date or time at the top of the log

  5. Click Save or Send now at the bottom
