How do I unmerge listings from a property or remove a listing from a property?
You can unmerge listings if you accidentally merged two properties or wish to mute a listing from an existing property.
Unmerging also allows you to treat the calendars separately and assign separate automation rules for guest messaging and team notifications to the listings.
How to unmerge listings
To unmerge listings:
Go to Properties.
Select the property you want to unmerge.
Click the three dots next to the listing you want to unmerge/remove from the property.
Select Remove from property.
Note: You will not be able to use the Sync feature for listings that are in separate properties.
What happens after I unmerge a property or remove a listing from a property?
When you unmerge a property or remove a listing from it, the removed listing will be added to its own property, which will appear immediately in the All Properties view.
Why can't I unmerge my co-hosted and listing admin Airbnb listings?
Listings shared by a co-host and listing admin will always be part of the same property and cannot be removed, provided that they have the same listing ID.
These will automatically be merged into one property on Hospitable and can never be separated.
Parent/Child properties
If you accidentally merged listings when you meant to set up a Parent/Child relationship, then you will first need to unmerge the listings so that they are their own properties.
