If you accidentally merged two properties, or wish to mute a listing from an existing property, you can unmerge listings.
Unmerging also allows you to treat the calendars separately and assign the listings separate automation rules for guest messaging and team notifications.
To unmerge listings:
Go to Properties.
Select the property you want to unmerge.
Click the three dots next to the listing you want to unmerge from the property.
Select Remove from property.
The removed listing will be added to its own property, which will appear immediately in the All Properties view.
Listings shared by a co-host and listing admin will always be part of the same property—and cannot be removed—provided that they have the same listing ID.
Note that you will not be able to use the Sync feature for listings that are in separate properties.
