Starring a conversation helps you quickly find and return to important conversations, such as those related to high-value bookings or sensitive guest interactions.
How to Star a Conversation
Open the guest's conversation thread from the Inbox
Click on the Star icon next to the guest's name
View Starred Conversations
Navigate to the Inbox
On the left panel, click on Starred to view the Starred conversations segment
You will see a list of all Starred conversations

Unstar a Conversation
Open the conversation in the Inbox
Click on the Star icon next to the guest's name in a starred conversation
