Starring a conversation helps you keep track of important guest messages, such as high-value bookings or sensitive interactions. Starred conversations are easy to find and remain visible in your inbox.
How starring conversations works
When you star a conversation:
It’s added to the Starred segments view in the Inbox
It continues to appear in your main Inbox alongside other conversations
Starring a conversation does not remove it from your main Inbox. It simply adds it to the Starred view for easier access.
How to star a conversation
To mark a conversation as important:
Open the guest's conversation thread from the Inbox
Click on the Star icon next to the guest's name
View starred conversations
Navigate to the Inbox
On the left panel, click on Starred to view the Starred conversations segment
Review the list of all starred conversations
Note: Starred conversations will also appear in the main inbox
Unstar a conversation
To remove a star from a conversation:
Open the starred conversation in the Inbox.
Click the Star icon next to the guest’s name to unstar it.
The conversation will remain in your Inbox but will no longer appear in the Starred view.
